![]() ![]() Frankly I don't understand this? This tells me the ICP can read values this high so it makes me suspect the HPOP or a leak in the system some where. These values shot up to 3400-3500 psi momentarily. The highest psi values have been when I've quickly released the throttle from WOT. This IMMEDIATELY drops to 1500 psi and then rapidly falls to 1100-1000 psi under WOT. Here's the strange thing, under WOT the most pressure I've seen is 2400-2500 psi momentarily when the oil is around 110 degrees. ![]() The ICP does read values when the engine is running. Yesterday I replaced the IPR with little to no difference with the issues I've previously stated. Help solving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Additionally I understand it's rare but I'm wondering if it could be the HPOP? I believe the ICP numbers are the actual pressure in the rail but am not positive of that or what the IPR software is actually measuring (ECU or actual operation). I'm thinking the IPR is bad but don't know if the indicated 64.84 percentage is what the ECU is calling for or if that's the actual duty cycle ? I'm unclear as to what values the FORSCAN software is telling me. The diagnosis for IPR is at 64.84 % at WOT. When I let off the throttle quickly at the end of a full throttle run the psi jumps momentarily to over 3000 psi. On a foot to the floorboard roll-on it jumps to 14-1600psi. In running diagnostics what I've noticed is ICP pressure at idle is between 5-600psi. I'm thinking about throwing the old fuel pressure regulator spring back in to see if that makes a difference. ![]() With the engine at operating temp starting has definitely changed since the reseal. I do notice a weeping (infinitesimal) in the now cleaned valley below the drivers side intake back side. Since resealing the HPOP with TamerX O-rings and adding new HP permanent supply and crossover lines there are no leaks from anything to do with the HPOP. I've cleaned/rebuilt the fuel bowl with all new TamerX gaskets and added an EightySixD fuel pressure spring. Oil level is fine with just changed oil both in the crankcase and the HPOP reservoir. In addition to the warning I've experienced erratic idle, low power, bad gas mileage and now hard starting after resealing the HPOP and Fuel bowl/Pressure Regulator. I have been experiencing this CEL for a while. The new code is a P1209- Injector Control Pressure Peak Delta Test Fault which only happened after the second series of full throttle runs. ![]() The reoccurring code is a PCM P1211- Injector Control Pressure Higher/Lower than desired. I have two codes currently with one of them reoccurring. I am trying to diagnose a check engine light. ![]()
